Your reservation

We'll send you an estimate for the total amount of your stay. To confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit of 15%
It's possible to pay :

- by bank transfer to the account SARL FIMALOC , adressed to SARL FIMALOC 102 chemin de la Courtille, 89110 STE-FOY-LES-LYON
- by Western Union

When the deposit is payed, we'll confirm your reservation by mail. The day before your arrival, do'nt forget to call us and precise your exact hour of arrival.


Your stay

We'll give you an invoice for the total amount at your arrival. You'll have to pay the balance ( 85% ) at your arrival

If your stay is longer than 4 weeks, several invoices will be edited , each invoice for 4 weeks maximum at the beginning of the period.

. We'll ask you at your arrival a 500 EUR security deposit in cash , which will be given back when you leave.

In case of cancelling

If you want to cancel your reservation 2 weeks maximum before your initial date of arrival, the 15% deposit will be collected and not given back.
In case of modifying the dates during your stay, the invoices payed at the beginning of the stay will be collected and not given back.
If you want to cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks before your initial date of arrival, the 15% deposit should be partially or completely collected depending on the possibility renting the appartment during the cancelled period
